Cultivating Desire through Embodied Consent: Resilience Tools for Queer, Trans and Nonbinary Survivors and Allies

With Lauchie Murdoch

In the afternoon we’ll be joined by facilitator Lauchie Murdoch for a workshop that’s open to queer, trans and nonbinary survivors and their supporters/allies.

In this embodied, experiential workshop, we’ll investigate some of the ways we can feel into our own individual sense of safety. We will use somatic tools to create consent containers and explore our desires in a non-judgmental space. Queer, trans, and nonbinary survivors are invited to celebrate their whole selves here! There will be an opportunity to practice in pairs so feel free to bring a friend or a willingness to try out something new. Changing your mind or saying no is always welcome here.  Folks will leave with tools to bring into relationships of all kinds. This session is open to survivors and their allies/supporters.
