March 14: Crafternoon Tea with the Black Students’ Association

A boardroom table covered in chips, salsa, and other snacks. There is also a button maker and supplies to make buttons and pins with fun designs.

Join us for this special edition of Crafternoon Tea we’re offering mid-month alongside our friends at the Black Students’ Association! This session is happening on March 14th from 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m. in the Alice Moulton Room, on the 4th floor of the Gerstein Library. We’ll be making buttons/pins that you can customize and take home with you – including a special BSA pin we’ve designed.

Crafternoon Tea is a free drop-in program where we explore our creativity, build community, and expand our understanding of grounding strategies through art and tactile activities. Crafternoon Tea is an opportunity to disconnect in a safe, welcoming environment with snacks, tea or coffee, and (of course) crafts! These sessions are open to students, staff, and faculty at U of T and will take place in-person at the Gerstein Library.

Register in-advance to get reminders and suggest future crafts or workshops you’re interested in seeing from the Centre and the Black Students’ Association! Limited drop-in space is available.
